1. Split type
Split type blood collection needle is a commonly used disposable blood collection needle in clinical practice, which basically replaces the syringe blood collection method used in the last century and is often used in conjunction with disposable blood collection tubes.
Its structure is to connect a blood collection needle to the needle seat at the end of the flexible tube of the intravenous infusion needle. When in use, the blood collection needle needs to be rotated and fixed at the front end of the outer cylinder of the needle holder. Hand held venipuncture is performed on the vein, and after success, the vacuum blood collection tube is inserted into the cavity at the back end of the needle holder, so that the cutting edge of the blood collection needle passes through the blood blocking sleeve and penetrates the vacuum tube stopper. Under negative pressure, blood is drawn into the blood collection tube. When needed, repeating this process can achieve multi tube blood collection; After blood collection is completed, remove the venipuncture needle, stop bleeding locally, remove the blood collection needle from the needle holder, and discard it together with the venipuncture needle in the waste box. Pen type blood collection needles are not widely used in clinical practice. Its structure is a continuous needle tube with sharp cutting edges at both ends. The middle and lower sections of the needle tube are fixed on the needle seat, with the front end called the venipuncture needle and the rear end called the blood collection needle. The surface of the blood collection needle has a blood blocking sleeve, and the two ends of the needle tube have protective sleeves. In clinical practice, blood collection is usually used in conjunction with needle holders and disposable blood collection tubes.
When in use, rotate and fix the blood collection needle at the front end of the outer cylinder of the needle holder, perform venipuncture, and after success, insert the vacuum blood collection tube into the cavity at the back end of the needle holder, so that the cutting edge of the blood collection needle passes through the blood blocking sleeve and penetrates the vacuum tube stopper. 3. Arterial blood collection needle
